Our 2021 Formula Student competition was a great success and thank you to all of the participants who entered this year!

This year's competition provided the opportunity for the lucky winner to receive a free place on one of our upcoming online modules. With 5 runners-up having the chance to win a £100 voucher towards a 2021 online module. 

After receiving an impressive number of entries, a name was drawn at random, and the winner of this year’s MIA School of Race Engineering competition is… Rens Bossers!

Rens is studying at Warwick University and was the Chief Powertrain Engineer for Warwick Racing Team. After graduating he is aiming for a career in electric powertrains. Congratulations Rens!

Our 5 runners-up include students from Nutabolts Racing Team, ASU Racing Team, Cherepovets State University and Coventry University Phoenix Racing. 

We would like to thank all those that took part and we hope Formula Student 2021 was a success for your racing team!
